The Foundation will facilitate funding for the project.  Financing partners are anticipated to be:

• Local stakeholders
• Private subscription
• Ministry funding and grants
• Industry sponsorship of individual residences

Sponsorship commitments include:

• Engraved Entrance Brick                    $500
• Garden Memorial Bench                    $5500
• Fixture Sponsor                                   $10,000
• Resident space                                    $35,000
• Activity, dining,/meeting Hall            $250,000

The Facility will be a state of the art self-sustaining compliment to the growing interests of the North Island, with grounds, lease space, and recreation areas designed to create a relaxing and enjoyable living experience for our senior & family members.

Full Sponsorship of a residence or an amenity will be recognized in a “legacy naming” of the room or amenity.
